
Yesterday I conducted a small experiment concerning ‘fast prototyping’. The objective was getting this Maya3D created image into Second Life. This (and this & this) was the result and I’m pretty pleased with it for a first try, considering I have no experience in 3D modelling of course. I could have added shadows (Second Life can not provide them automatically) but I would have gone over the 4 hour limit.
